Provided in Kings Lynn

Below you will find an overview of the handyman services I provide within the Swaffham area. All are provided in a professional and friendly manner, and at reasonable rates.

About Me

I have done a fair mix of jobs throughout my life, including construction, carpentry, motorsport engineering, outdoor adventure instructing, commercial clearances, and even digital design. Such a mix of work has allowed me to develop a broad set of skills and turned me into a jack of all trades, hence why I have become a Handyman.

A Random Fact about Kings Lynn:

The port of Kings Lynn may seem small by modern standards, but in the 14th century it was considered the most important port in England. Some of the major exports from Kings Lynn port included salt, wool, corn, lead, and cloth.

Why Hire Me?

In this section you’ll find just a few of the reasons you should use me as your Handyman in Kings Lynn.

Friendly

Nobody wants to deal with a grump! I’m naturally a friendly person who is courteous, positive, and quite often smiling.

Professional

I always carryout all my handman tasks in a professional manner. This means being well organised, clear communication, dressing neatly, keeping a tidy work area, and so on.

Affordable

Most of us don’t have bottomless pits of cash and work hard for what we have. That’s why I aim to be as fair as I can with my prices and offer affordable solutions where possible.

Tooled Up

Being a jack of all trades has allowed me to accumulate a workshop full of tools ready for almost any eventuality. And, if I don’t have a tool for the job, I’ll soon source one.

Punctual

Waiting around all day for somebody to turn up, who then doesn’t, is an angering experience. This is something you won’t experience with my handyman services. I will turn up on the correct day, at the correct time.

Keen to Learn

A good handyman won’t claim to know everything, but they should be willing to learn; something I am not only willing to do, but actively enjoy.

Pricing Guide

for my Handyman Services

Small Jobs

I class any job that takes less than a day to complete as a small job. For these jobs I have a minimum callout charge of 1 hour (£30) and charge £7.50 for every additional 15 mins it takes me to complete the task. This pricing doesn’t include any parts or materials.

Large Jobs

I class large jobs as anything that will take a full day or more, such as building a decking, decorating a full house, or building a fitted wardrobe.

All large jobs are quoted for individually. Please contact me for a quote.

A Random Reason to Hire a Handyman:

Did you know hiring a handyman can save you money?

If you have a list of tasks that require attention at your property (such a dripping tap, a door that doesn’t shut properly, or a kitchen counter that needs re-oiling), hiring a handyman can be wiser and cheaper than getting in specialists.

This is because many specialists only want to tackle problems within their area of expertise. For example, a plumber will happily fix your dripping tap, but more than likely won’t want to fit a new bedroom door for you, so then you’ll need a carpenter for the door, and so on. However, a good handyman will competently tackle these tasks and more in one hit.

This mean less call out fees, less time finding trades, and less people to deal with. Just less faff all around really…
